Format/Itinerary
Tuesday 21st February
Arrive in Auckland (for those participating in the Australia equivalent shows, travel will be by air from Brisbane)
Travel by coach (2 ½ hours) through picturesque countryside to Tauranga for the overnight accommodation
Wednesday 22nd February
Breakfast event in Tauranga – affluent area of the North island, expected attendance 75 travel agents
- Exact format tba, but will involve free-flow and short presentation
Evening Event Auckland – includes:
- Business to Business (B2B) freeflow meetings with the Wholesale Product Managers and Travel Media.
- Followed by the USA showcase to 300+ travel agents combining stage presentations and booth sessions.
Cost
- Single Booth US$2500
- Double Booth US$4000
(5 minutes single booth; 10 minutes double booth)
