The Annual Discover America Trade Seminar is the biggest and most important U.S. showcase in New Zealand, a market which contributes 200,000 visitors annually.

- USA showcase to 120+ travel agents combining stage presentations and booth sessions.
Auckland (Evening Event)

Evening Event Auckland – includes:
- Business to Business (B2B) freeflow meetings with the Wholesale Product Managers and Travel Media.
- Followed by the USA showcase to 300+ travel agents combining stage presentations and booth sessions.
Single Booth – Christchurch and Auckland
Includes a full booth and five minutes speaking time
This will entitle you to entry at the B2B events. A full booth, with walls, lighting and electricity if required in a prime location at both venues in Christchurch and Auckland. It will also allow you a 5 minute stage presentation time. You are entitled to three companies on any one booth.
Double Booth – Christchurch and Auckland
This will entitle you to the same as a single booth, but with a double booth instead and 10 minutes stage presentation time. Obviously, for a double booth, you will be entitled to six companies, three on each booth.
Table – Christchurch and Auckland
This will entitle you to entry at the B2B events. Booths will not be provided, you will get a covered trestle table with no walls and will be located in a secondary position to where the main booths are located (although in the same area). There will be no speaking time allocated at the presentation. You are entitled to three companies on any one table.
Agents will be seated for the formal presentation which comprises of a two hour session during which Gold Exhibitors will have a five minute speaking segment.
